With over 26 years experience as a nurse, including many years experience as a senior nurse manager in the area of telephone triage/consultation work and unscheduled care provision, Managing Director Sally-Anne Pygall is able to offer unrivaled experience and knowledge in training and consultancy services for telephone health care.

Sally-Anne has a background in Primary Care, Clinical Governance, Quality Assurance, Tele Nursing and triage nursing and has worked for out of hours providers in the private and public sector, as well as social enterprise organisations. She has developed and implemented clinical performance systems for out of hours (or after hours in Australia) providers and National Quality Requirement reporting which includes clinical audit systems and tools and performance management systems for doctors, nurses and call handlers to support the delivery of telephone triage services in the UK and Australia .
